Each voice that  participates in the important work of educating our youth is positively impacting the lives of the students that they are dedicated to guiding along their educational, as well as developmental paths.

 

According to Fullan 2015, “This new future, which is already upon us, will demand new leadership from the principal to lead the group in integrating technology and pedagogy in the service of deep learning. Radical breakthroughs are occurring generating productive innovations.” As your Assistant Principal I will promote school culture amongst community partners, credentialed staff, and students achieved through:

• placing primary emphasis on capacity building

• collaborative effort

• pedagogy

• systemic procedures/processes

• integrated accountability

• human resource policies

• integrated and diversified technology, and

• specific policies as part of the overall strategy
